Module 10 Video Review

1. Explain why you selected each of the TWO videos you choose from the selection listed above.

I chose to watch African Art and Hinduism to gain more of an insight on Hinduism and its influence on art, as well as the influences of African artwork. 

2. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.

African Art show how much of artwork created in African takes much inspiration from ancient times. Hinduism reveals how the religion has inspired artworks. 

3. How do the videos relate to the readings in the text?

The videos explain how works of art shown in African Art and Hinduism utilize certain elements and principles of art shown in the text.  

4. What is your opinion of the films? How do they add depth to understanding of the readings and art concepts?

The videos are also good visual tools. These two videos give examples of artistic terms, elements, and principles being used in the real world.
